InterContinental Montréal chooses dada

In 2016, InterContinental Montreal will unveil a new ballroom that will accommodate 300-400 people, as well as two adjoining spaces: a pre-function area and a spectacular hall leading, as of 2017, to a terrace featuring striking views of Old Montreal. Following a thorough selection process, dada communications was chosen as the official agency to create all internal and external communications for this major construction project. The agency was also mandated to revamp the hotel’s positioning, in order to highlight its distinctive attributes and to imprint the institution’s brand in the proposed client experience, as well as in its overall communications.

This project follows the renovation of InterContinental Montreal’s guest rooms in the main tower, which took place in 2009, and that of the Nordheimer building’s conference rooms in 2013. A new investment of $6 million will provide members of the business community and event planners with spaces capable of meeting the experiential needs of 21st-century clients in an elegant and timeless setting.

“Dada has shown a profound understanding of the market and its challenges. We were impressed by its approach and by the different creative avenues the agency proposed for the InterContinental Montreal experience,” said Bernard Chênevert, General Manager of InterContinental Montreal.
